Rajeev's professional journey has been deeply connected with education, teaching and mentoring. For more than 20 years, he has been involved in civil-services education and guidance in Dehradun, helping students prepare for competitive examinations and guiding them in their career journey.

His long experience as an educator has shaped the way he approaches real estate training—simple, practical and focused on implementation. After entering the real estate industry, Rajeev recognized that many people join the profession without proper training, professional skills or a clear understanding of how to build a real estate business.

This inspired him to focus on real estate training and mentoring, helping people develop the knowledge and skills required to grow in this field. Today, he combines his experience in education with his real estate experience to guide people who want to start, grow and build a long-term career in real estate.
